White Label & Branding
RosterRoyalties has two levels of branding: Label branding (logo and name on documents and emails, available on Basic and above) and White Label Settings(full brand override including colours, custom domain, and custom email sender, available on Enterprise plans).
Overview
The goal of both features is the same — your artists interact with yourbrand, not RosterRoyalties'. Depending on your plan, you can go from basic logo + label name all the way to a fully custom-coloured portal on your own domain with emails sent from your address.
Label branding (Basic and above)
Every Host account gets a Label. The label carries a name and logo that are used across all statements, invoices, and email notifications. To set up label branding:
- Go to Label Settings in the Host Tools sidebar section.
- Enter your Label name — shown as the sender name on all notification emails and in statement/invoice PDF headers.
- Upload your Label logo — PNG or JPG, minimum 200px wide. Appears on statement PDFs and the artist portal header.
- Fill in Company address, phone, and website — used on invoice footers.
- Click Save. Changes apply immediately to all future statements and emails.
ℹ Label Settings availability
The Label Settings page appears in the sidebar starting from Basic Plus. Basic plan accounts access branding settings through the Labels management page instead. Custom branding (custom_branding feature gate) is available on all paid plans — Basic, Basic Plus, Professional, and all Enterprise tiers.White Label Settings (Enterprise)
The White Label Settings page provides a full brand override. It is accessible to Enterprise plan holders via their account. Settings include:
- Company name and website — displayed across all communications
- Logo URL — replaces the RosterRoyalties logo sitewide
- Colours — primary, secondary, accent, and background hex values for the artist portal
- Custom domain — serve the artist portal from your own subdomain
- Custom email domain and sender name — send notification emails from your address
- Email toggles — individually enable or disable statement, invoice, and contract emails
- Custom Terms URL and Privacy policy URL — link to your own legal pages instead of RosterRoyalties'
- Footer text — custom text shown at the bottom of all communications
ℹ Enterprise check
The White Label Settings page checks whether the active subscription's plan name starts with "Enterprise". Non-Enterprise accounts see an upgrade prompt instead. What gets branded
The following elements use your label branding (or White Label Settings if configured):
- Statement PDFs — your logo and label name appear in the header
- Invoice PDFs — your label details appear in the header and footer
- Notification emails — statement and invoice emails use your label name as the sender display name
- Artist portal — the portal header shows your label logo and name instead of RosterRoyalties' branding
Multiple imprints
If you manage multiple imprints, create a separate Labelfor each one from the Labels management page. Artists are assigned to a specific label, and all their statements and emails will use that label's branding automatically. Each label can have its own name, logo, address, and distribution fee.
Managing multiple labels requires Basic Plus or above (which unlocks themultiple_artists feature gate).
