Changelog
A record of new features, improvements, and fixes shipped to RosterRoyalties — and a preview of what is coming next.
April 2026
7 April 2026Fast Approval Workflow — a full batch processing command centre for royalty statements. Set global split % and deduction %, apply per-artist overrides, enable/disable individual recoupable costs, add inline one-off costs or credits, copy costs across statements, preview the generated PDF before committing, filter and sort the batch by payout status, and approve your entire roster in one click. All in-progress work is auto-saved as a draft. Approved statements are locked with an immutable receipt snapshot. Learn more →
Statement chaining — when multiple months of data are uploaded in a single run, use the Chain Balances modal to order each artist's statements chronologically, assign custom identifiers (e.g. A1, A2, A3 for three months of Artist A), and automatically carry negative net payouts forward as credits into the next period. A consistency check prevents carry-overs where recoupable costs differ between consecutive statements. Learn more →
Multi-currency CSV uploads — when uploading a CSV in the Bulk Statement Uploader, you can now select the currency of your file (e.g. USD, GBP, EUR). RosterRoyalties converts all royalty amounts to your account base currency at upload time. Learn more →
Automatic contributor statements — during CSV upload, RosterRoyalties now checks each song for linked LabelSplit records (matched by ISRC or title). When found, earnings are automatically fanned out to every contributor based on their defined split percentage, generating individual statements per person in a single import. Songs without LabelSplit records continue to assign earnings to the primary artist as normal. Learn more →
