Pricing

RosterRoyalties has two plans: one for labels and publishers managing a roster, and one for artists who want full control of their own portal. Both include a 7-day free trial — cancel anytime.

Artists invited by a Host can view statements and raise one invoice per statement received for free — no subscription needed. The Artist Add-On is for artists who need unlimited invoicing or want to use the portal independently.

Free trial

Both plans include a 7-day free trial with full feature access. A credit card is required to start but you can cancel at any time. At the end of the trial you will be charged unless cancelled, or you can upgrade early from the Upgrade link in the sidebar. Once an artist trial has been used it cannot be restarted on the same account.

Billing

RosterRoyalties bills monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a discount — see rosterroyalties.com/pricing for current rates. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe — click Upgrade or Manage Billing in the app to access the billing portal. Payment receipts are available from Payment Receipts in the Host Tools sidebar.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
