RosterRoyalties uses usage-based pricing for its default label workspace, with optional feature subscriptions and a separate independent Artist Plan. Existing paid workspace subscriptions retain their agreed pricing and allowances.

The default label workspace has a $0 fixed monthly base fee and no artist-count cap. Roster does not take a percentage of royalty income. Included processing allowances apply first, then available category-specific prepaid credits, then recorded additional usage. A card is required for additional usage.

Published rates are in US dollars. Allowances apply per billing period.

A contract compute unit is a processing unit, not an uploaded contract. Review the estimate in your workspace before starting a paid action. Product help and support chat are free. Prepaid credits cover their stated usage category; row credits do not cover contract compute, modelling or subscriptions.

These subscriptions offer a seven-day trial. Access also depends on workspace permissions. Artists invited by a label should use their invitation or log in to view the records shared with them; the independent Artist Plan is a separate option.
Billing
Review your billing period, processing totals, prepaid credits and subscriptions in Billing. Included allowances apply before credits and additional usage. Existing paid workspaces keep their agreed terms. Check current trial, cancellation and credit terms in your workspace before purchasing.
Roster prepares royalty accounting, statements and invoice records. Your team remains responsible for paying artists; Roster does not execute royalty payouts.
